Ok lets get started

After several delays and a hand injury that kept me away from the keyboard for awhile I am finally ready get this thing started.

The purpose of this blog is to review and investigate trends and techniques in interactive art as well as investigate the technologies that are driving the evolution of interface design. I will be presenting my own work as well as the work of others in hopes of creating an online resource for artists and designers working in new media.

Now, a little about myself. I am a intertactive designer who recently relocated from the northeast to San Francisco so I could get involved in the web 2.0 boom that is emerging out of the bay area. My current employer is the social search service eurekster and have been designing there do-it-yourself search engine swicki . An example of a swicki is located in the right column of my blog. It is the neat little search engine with the buzzcloud.

So, will be beefing up this site with lots of content in the days to come so please tune in soon......
